Cal Clean 732 AL is a concentrated, alkaline detergent cleaner that is designed to remove tramp oil, dirt, and biological buildup. Cal Clean 732 AL contains a blend of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and biodispersants to easily and efficiently clean and perform routine maintenance on coolant sumps.

Cal Clean 732 AL can be added directly to the coolant. Parts can be machined during the clean-out, although filters should be checked frequently. Cal Clean 732 AL is low foam and will not interfere with high-pressure operations. Cal Clean 732 AL is specifically designed to be safe on aluminum alloys.

Directions for Use

• For use while machining, Cal Clean 732 AL should be used at 1-3% and recirculated through the system indefinitely.
• For use as a downtime sump cleaner, Cal Clean 732 AL should be used at 3-5% and recirculated through the system for several hours. After use, the system should be flushed with water before recharging to remove any debris.
